Gary O'Neil: “What has happened in the last few games is not for the lack of effort. We’ve got some young lads here and it’s a tough league.
“The young lads are learning on their feet. A lot of them have played youth team football or a bit of Premier League football but not many have played in the Championship.
“I have, and it’s tough. Games come thick and fast and they are all hard and when you get into a poor run it is very difficult to pull out of it. But we can do it. We can battle and get results.
“We’ve dipped a bit but so have the others around us. Anyone can beat anyone else in this division.
“Wolves won the league last year and they lost 11 games so there is no need for any panic.
“But we need to get straight back on it. If we get all three points on Saturday everything will look a bit brighter.”
