Middlesbrough defender David Wheater has urged his team-mates not to get caught up in their disappointing start to the season. Having started the season as favourites to gain promotion following a string of high-profile signings, Boro have only managed to pick up four points from as many games following Saturday's 2-0 defeat at Barnsley. But Wheater told the club's official website: "Frustration is a word we're using too much. We're using it a lot in the dressing room as well and we need to remember we're only four games into a long season. But we have to pick our game up now, we know that. "We've had four games and got four points, which isn't enough. But keep working hard in training and we'll get it right. "The (international) break is good for us all, just to work on many things, although it's been hard to work on team play with so many away."
