Ehiogu was one of three players given a late call, the others being Jamie Carragher and Phillip Neville, who replaced Danny Mills and Gary Neville respectively.

The Boro defender joins team mates Gareth Southgate and Jonathan Greening who were included in the original 26-man squad last week.
