Middlesbrough defender Andrew Taylor says they must not get complacent despite being seven points above the Championship relegation zone. The Teessiders have picked up four points from their last two games, but have play-off hopefuls Watford to face at the Riverside on Saturday.
Taylor told BBC Tees: "We're not safe but we've had a couple of good results.
"It's something we've got to build on and If we can pick another two or three wins then we'll be happy."
Taylor and his team-mates have 10 games left to seal their Championship safety, with eight of those fixtures scheduled for April.
"We're all aware of the amount of games we've got in April, eight in four weeks, but as footballers we should be able to handle it,"
"We train everyday, we should all be fit enough, and in my opinion I prefer to play the games anyway than training because you're not really training.
"You're playing, resting, playing, resting and it gives you chance to rack up a few good wins."
The 24-year-old began his career at Middlesbrough as a schoolboy, has made 180 career appearances with Boro, Bradford and Watford and scored his first professional goal on loan at the Hornets earlier this season.
