Nemeth could be up against his Boro team mate and captain Gareth Southgate, if he is chosen by Sven Goran Eriksson, when he announces his squad this weekend.
Boro keeper Mark Crossley, who had a superb game at Brentford on Tuesday, has been included in the Welsh squad for their game against Italy in Cardiff on Wednesday 16th October.
Crossley will probably play second-fiddle to Southampton's Paul Jones, but if he does play he could be up against Massimo Maccarone, who may be a surprise member of Giovanni Trappatoni's Azzuri sqaud.
