Middlesbrough boss Gordon Strachan believes his players need to improve their concentration levels if they are to mount a serious bid for promotion back to the Barclays Premier League. The Teessiders, who are in action at Derby on Tuesday night, headed for Watford on Saturday on the back of two home wins, but were 3-0 down after just 21 minutes. "I don't think I can explain it to you, I can't tell you, I really can't. I can't explain how it feels," Strachan said. "But once you get in here on a Monday morning, the glass is half-full and you are thinking of the good things you can be doing and the ways to rectify it. "You explain to the players about concentration and that's our priority at the moment. "I have given some examples of what we have talked about before in the season, but it looks like you have to remind them every, every game, that's for sure."
