It will be two weeks before he can resume training and another two weeks before he can be considered for action, ruling hime out of Boro's final five (or six???) games.
He should be available for the Socceroos who start their World Cup campaign on 12th June against Japan.
Ross Turnbull has been recalled from Crewe and will contest a place on the bench with David Knight. Danny Graham has also returned from his loan spell at Leeds.
