The Aussie No.1 shocked Boro two weeks ago by asking for a transfer, a request that was granted reluctantly by Boro.
The real reason will probably never be known, but Schwarzer was unhappy with critisism about his form and the fact that Steve McClaren was dropping him for the FA Cup tie at Nuneaton.
Schwarzer and McClaren have now settled their differences and as a result the former requested his removal from the transfer list. He will be in the squad for the visit of Wigan, but McClaren was not committing himself on who would start between the sticks.
It's another welcome boost to the squad as Ugo Ehiogu returns to the fold after his on-off transfer to West Brom, the return of Gareth Southgate and Tony McMahon to training and the pending return of Stewart Downing and Ray Parlour to Premier League action.
