The Boro boss will probably team up Benito Carbone and Alen Boksic, hoping they can reproduce the understanding that they have built in the previous game and a half.
Jonathan Greening and Noel Whelan will continue wide in midfield while Paul Ince and Robbie Mustoe will boss the middle.
Franck Queudrue and Robbie Stockdale will both continue at full back after several impressive perfomances, while Gareth Southgate and Ugo Ehiogu will probably be McClaren's first names on the team sheet.
Boro last won at the Boleyn Grond back in the 1999-00 season when Brian Deane scored the only goal of the game, from the penalty spot. A 1-0 Boro win would be a tremendous result but a draw may be all we can realistically hope for.
