Middlesbrough manager Tony Mowbray believes his side struggled with the absence of midfielder Barry Robson in Saturday's 1-0 defeat by Coventry City.Robson, 32, was forced to withdraw from the side with sickness ahead of the encounter which saw Boro stretch their run without a win to four games.
"There's a little bit of a bug going round," Mowbray told BBC Tees.
"Barry in games like today would have been a positive attribute for us with his tenacity and 100% attitude."
The Scotland international joined Middlesbrough from Celtic in January 2010 and has since made 33 appearances, scoring seven goals.
