Gary O’Neil: “Ten games in to the season is a fair point to weigh up exactly where we are.
“And I think we can be fairly satisfied but not completely happy with our start.
“Results were going really well for us after seven games. We’d been playing well and we’d got 16 points which was a decent return I think.
“But we have only taken one point from the last three games. That has been disappointing and suddenly it doesn’t look quite so healthy.
“We’ve had a wobble of late, there’s no hiding from that. There are lots of things we need to address. We need to look at ourselves individually and as a team and make sure we don’t accept any more mediocre performances.
“Really you need to aim to get two points a game because that is the kind of return that gets you promoted.
“We should have beaten Leicester on Tuesday and be on 20 points now. So we are three points short. We have to step it up.
“We have had a wobble but to put it in perspective we are still fourth in the league and still right in there.
“When we reach the 20 game mark hopefully we will have corrected it and be on about 40 points and be right back in it.
“We can do that but we need to improve - and quickly. We can’t afford too many more performances like the first half against Leicester."
