The name is still under discusion but one of the favourites is Ayresome Stadium. The traditionalists among us, like myself, would prefer to remember the great old stadium as Ayresome Park so the club will put it to the vote.
Voting forms will be sent out with season ticket renewals and fans will be asked to make their choice from three options:
1. Ayresome Park
2. Ayresome Stadium
3. Ayresome Arena
The renaming will take effect for one season only, after which the stadium will revert to the Riverside Stadium.
