Midfielder departs from Teesside

Jason Euell has left Middlesbrough a year after he arrived at the Riverside. He has gone to Southampton on a free transfer.

The 30-year-old failed to make an impact and only started nine games last season, the final one being in mid-March. He made a further 11 substitute appearances.
