Job has started just 6 games this season and has been on the bench 10 times. Of the games he has started he has been substituted in all but 2 of them.
The Cameroon international is seeking talks with Boro boss Steve McClaren and has been quoted as saying "I don't want to watch. I need to play. And if I want to play, maybe I'll have to move on."
Nemeth has started just one more game than Job and has been on the bench 7 times. he has chipped in with 2 goals.
On his official website szili.ck the Slovakian criticised his teammates for not passing. " They don't pass me the ball, not even when I'm standing right next to them. I am very disappointed." he said.
With Mark Viduka and Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink back on the goal trail Job and Nemeth will have to sit it out and take their chances when they come along. At present they are our only recognised cover for Viduka and JFH.
With the transfer window due to open in just over three weeks both players may be ready to listen to offers from other clubs, however McClaren will be reluctant to let them go.
