Middlesbrough FC officials have confirmed that supporters attending the forthcoming Carling Cup third round tie with Coventry City at the Riverside should retain their ticket stubs from the match.

Boro begin their defence of the Carling Cup against Peter Reid’s side on Wednesday October 27 (8pm KO).

The club’s Communications Manager Dave Allan said: “As in the past, we recommend that supporters who attend the Coventry match should retain their ticket stub as they may be required should we again reach the final stages of the competition.

Tickets for the tie are now available from the Riverside Stadium’s South Stand ticket office, priced £14 for adults and £7 for concessions.
