Herr Kircher has been refereeing in the Bundesliga since 2001 and was appointed to the FIFA liast at the beginning of this season.
Last season he officiated in 17 Bundesliga games, showing the yellow card 65 times and the red card just three times.
He has officiated in three UEFA games this term, including Newcastle's home game against Dubnica (Slovakia) in the Intertoto Cup. He was also in charge of a recent World Cup qualifier between Andorra and Romania.
The assistant referees and the fourth official are also German.
