Job was involved in an accidental clash of heads with West Brom's Darren Moore, late in the game at the Hawthorns.
The Boro striker was unconcious for a short while and there was great concern for him as he lay prostrate in the West Brom penalty area. He was carried from the pitch several minutes later still in a state of confusion.
He was detained for observation in a West Bromwich hospital overnight, before travelling back to Boro on Sunday.
Further tests today have revealed a small crack at the base of his skull and the Cameroon star has been told to rest for ten days before his condition is re-assessed.
