Middlesbrough striker Marvin Emnes will return to the club this week after catching the eye during his loan spell with Championship rivals Swansea. Boro boss Tony Mowbray admitted he would like to take a closer look at the Dutch Under-21 international, who scored the winner against Cardiff in Sunday`s derby clash between the Welsh rivals. Mowbray told the Evening Gazette: "Emnes will be returning and it will give me the chance to have a look at him. I'll assess him over the next week or two. "He's done well at Swansea so I have to see him and, as far as the team is concerned, the more players we have to choose from the better." Emnes is expected to play his final game for the Swans against Bristol City on Wednesday night.
