Colin Cooper says Boro will take no risks bringing Johnson back into the first team.
Colin Cooper: “Adam is desperate to get back and play, and everybody wants to see him back.
“But when Adam opened up and went flat out against Manchester City, the hamstring tightened up again.
“So until he can consistently go flat out in training, then he will be better off being patient.
“When you are in this situation it can become a vicious circle so you have to deal with it in the right way and make sure he is 100%.”
