Sylvain Distin: "Right now it would not be professional for me to think what if we went down, what am I going to do? Am I going to stay?.

"Of course it is in the back of my head, but I don't want to think about it as we have enough quality to stay up.

"Mentally I have been affected more than I thought, I haven't been focused and my mind hasn't been there.
