They will be on sale to season ticket holders only from 9.30am this Saturday (January 20) from the Riverside Stadium's North Stand ticket office.
Season ticket holders have until 5pm on Tuesday January 23 to purchase tickets at a £1 discount, after which they will be priced £17 adults, £13 over-65s and students and just £6 for under-16s.
Season ticket holders must produce Voucher F from their season ticket book at the time of purchase. One voucher, one ticket.
Subject to availability, matchday prices will be £19 adults, £15 over-65s and students and £10 for under-16s.
Boro's Travel Club coaches are priced £21 adults and £19 juniors for members, with non-members charged £26 adults and £24 juniors. Coaches leave The Swan in Billingham at 7.15am, Albert Park in Middlesbrough at 7.15am and the Riverside at 7.45pm.
If there is a need for a replay it take place on Tuesday February 13 with an 8pm kick-off at the Riverside.
