Bring on the Brazilian's

England got off to the perfect start after 5 minutes when sad Mackem Thomas Sorensen fumbled a Rio Ferdinand header and allowed the ball to go over the line. Ferdinand will claim the goal although I think it will go down as an own goal.

Sorensen was picking the ball out of the net again after 22 minutes when Michael Owen calmly slotted the ball into the corner after a flick from Nicky Butt.

England wrapped the game up a minute before the break. David Beckham charged down a poor defensive error and played the ball inside to Emile Heskey who blasted the ball through Sorensen from the edge of the box.

At 3-0 the game was over as a spectacle and England expectedly sat back in the secong period and soaked up all that the Danes could through at us.

Boro's Gareth Southgate remains one of only three outfield players in the squad who have not taken part so far, co-defenders Martin Keown and Wes Brown are the other two to miss out.

England now play the winners of the Brazil v Belgium tie which takes place on Monday in Kobe with a 12.30 BST kick-off. Brazil will be favouites to come through this tie and will provide England with the ultimate challenge.

Beat the Samba Boy's and there is no reason why Sven's men can't go all the way. Here's hoping the Little Fella and his impressive team-mates have an off day
