Boro v Aussies

Mark Schwarzer and Mark Viduka are in demand as the Aussies play two games against the Solomon Islands on the 9th and 12th October. The winners will represent Oceania in next years Conferderation Cup in Germany.

There are no Premier League fixtures on Saturday 9th October but involvment for the two Boro stars would mean them not arriving back in England until 14th October, less than 48hrs before Boro's trip to Blackburn.

With a 25,000 round trip and jet-lag kicking in it would appear unlikely that the pair would be available for the trip to Ewood Park.
