In a UEFA Cup re-match, Boro will play Sporting, at the Stadium of Portimonense in Portimao, on Friday 29th July (KO - 9.15pm).
Vitoria Setubal play Real Betis game on Thursday 28th July.
The two winners will play each other at the Algarve Stadium in Faro on Saturday 30th July (KO - 9.15pm). The losers will also play at the Algarve Stadium on Saturday 30th July (KO - 7pm).
The games will provide Boro with formidable European experience. Sporting need no introduction, they finished 3rd this season in the Portuguese Superliga and have qualified for the Champions League.
Vitoria Setubal finished 10th in the Superliga, but have qualified for the UEFA Cup as Portuguese Cup winners. Spanish side Real Betis finished 4th in La Liga and have qualified qualified for the Champions League.
