Boro move for Asta?

Asta is widely acclaimed in Italy as one of the most consistent performers in Serie A and has been capped this season by Italy. The 31-year old, now out of contract at Torino, has been linked with a number clubs over the summer both in England and Italy. Up until now Inter have been favourites to sign him but will have to un-load other players before offering him a contract.

And now it is believed that England could well be his destination and according to his agent, Beppe Accardi, will have talks with Boro later this week if nothing happens with Inter.
