Boro defender to appear before FA Panel

Following the controversial incident involving Kevin Phillips at Southampton in September the Boro defender has been given a date to defend his corner.

Franck and Steve McClaren will appear in person before the panel on Monday 17th November. Since his return from a five match ban the French defender has gone nine games without picking up a yellow card.
