Arca has praised the influence of manager Tony Mowbray, who replaced Gordon Strachan in October 2010.
He said Mowbray has encouraged the team to play a more entertaining game: "That's the manager's philosophy.

Arca is already speculating about next campaign where he expects promotion to be the target.
He said: "I'm looking forward to next season to get the team into the Premier League if possible."
